CostFirst Corp. is looking for a highly motivated lien negotiator for our dispute resolution team.  Candidates must have minimum 3 years of experience in workers’ compensation lien negotiations.  IEA certificate or Certificate of Self Insurance a plus.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage account inventory
• Create plans of action
• Communicate professionally with clients and providers
• Prepare appropriate legal documentation
• Review and summarize complex medical records
• Analyze legal arguments for lien negotiations

Skills:
• Knowledge of the California Labor Code statutes, Rules and Regulations, case law, and California fee schedules
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Enjoy working within a team setting
